Festival Director- Gretchen Williams

marina-2.JPG

A long-time event producer and promoter in the Twin Cities, Gretchen started
her career at local radio stations before venturing out in the local film,
music and art scenes to help non-profits raise money, produce high profile
events and work with local artists to promote their work.  Gretchen is also
the event manager at the new free entertainment weekly, Vita.mn, and is
happy to have a chance to support other businesses and artists through
various projects and sponsorships.  This is Gretchen’s fifth year as the
festival director, having been handed the wheel from founder Nate Johnson -
who is currently living in the backwoods of rural Maine, working as a stone
mason apprentice.
